Labor Law

We employ our technical and analytical skills in labor issue consultations, the drafting and revision of labor contracts and documents, and when advising our clients regarding the application of labor legislation to their companies in a preventive manner aimed at avoiding risks, liabilities and responsibilities.

To this end, we work in conjunction with our clients’ personnel and human resources departments, as well as with company managers, to provide guidance and assist in the decision-making process and the definition of actions to be undertaken, with the primary goal of avoiding and/or reducing labor-related liabilities.We also represent our clients in administrative (bureaucratic) and judicial proceedings to defend their interests, assist with the handling of inspections/audits and notices of infraction, as well as with legal audits (due diligence) related to compliance with labor law and labor-related risks.
